2022 Sponsorships

Thanks so much for your interest in the 2022 American Association of Bioanalysts (AAB) Educational Conference and College of Reproductive Biology (CRB) Symposium scheduled for May 12-14 at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center in Austin, Texas. The AAB Conference and CRB Symposium offer a unique opportunity to meet, discuss and learn about the newest technological research and developments with colleagues from the U.S. and abroad who are actively involved in ongoing science and technology.

The majority of attendees are reproductive biologists (laboratory directors, technical supervisors, clinical consultants, technologists, technicians) who have an active interest in clinical andrology and embryology. CRB’s educational programs have been well received within the field of assisted reproductive technology by clinic staff and laboratory personnel. In addition, CRB’s member base represents a significant majority of the laboratory personnel involved in assisted reproductive technology in the U.S.

Clinical laboratory technologists, technicians, and other laboratory professionals participate in the AAB Educational Conference program, which focuses on traditional clinical laboratory topics, including chemistry, hematology, immunology, immunohematology, microbiology and molecular diagnostics.

Instead of a formal exhibit display, AAB and CRB invite companies to sponsor conference/symposium activities at various levels in exchange for a variety of benefits. Depending on the level of sponsorship, benefits include a free tabletop display, free banner advertisements in pre-meeting eblasts, an opportunity to present a vendor roundtable, free advertising space in the official conference program book, and complimentary conference registrations. More information will be available soon for sponsorship opportunities available and the benefits associated with each one.

Sponsor tabletop displays will be arranged on the perimeter of the common room where registration, breakfasts, breaks and the welcoming reception are held. This type of forum allows you added personal interaction with meeting attendees that you may not have in other settings. We have received very positive feedback from sponsors who like the casual format and opportunities to visit with current and prospective clients.
