Return/Cancellation Policy

Merchandise:  You may return undamaged items purchased from the AAB online store within 30 days of the original delivery with prior approval from the AAB office.  We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.  If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping charges.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days.  We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Meetings/Conference:  Fees will be refunded in full for cancellations received at least four (4) weeks prior to the Meeting/Conference.  Cancellations received more than ten (10) days and less than four (4) weeks prior to the Meeting/Conference will be subject to a $50 charge.  No refund will be made for cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the Meeting/Conference.  However, substitutions may be made at anytime.  Refunds will not be processed until after the Meeting/Conference.
