Target Audience

The General Knowledge courses are designed for laboratory directors, supervisors, technologists/technicians, physicians, nurses, clinical support staff, graduate students, residents and fellows.

Information found in the Laboratory Management Module will be of interest to anyone looking for material on CLIA, Model Compliance Plans, HIPAA, Stark Law and Anti-kickback Policies, Employment Law and OSHA. This module will help you study for ABB's General Knowledge exam.
