CMS Publishes Request for Information About Proposed Revisions to CLIA Regulations

On January 9, 2018, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) published in the Federal Register a request for information for revisions to Personnel Regulations, Proficiency Testing Referral, Histocompatibility Regulations and Fee Regulations Under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA). Comments are due no later than 5 p.m. on March 12, 2018.
