Special Interest Groups

 AAB has formed three special interest groups:

• AAB College of Reproductive Biology (CRB) for andrologists and embryologists
• AAB Environmental Biology and Public Health Section (EBPH) for individuals involved in the testing of microbial contamination of indoor air and in issues facing public health laboratories
• National Independent Laboratory Association (NILA) for individuals interested in sharing business and technical expertise and focusing on legislative and regulatory issues facing the laboratory industry. 

Membership in the CRB or the EBPH is FREE to AAB members in good standing. 

Membership in NILA is open to community clinical laboratories with annual gross revenues less than $1 billion. NILA membership dues are $1000 per year, which entitles the member laboratory to two individual voting representative, who must be executive officers of the laboratory.
