The A&E Review Course Manual is 755 pages long and was used at the March 21-23, 2014, A&E Review Course.

Course hardcopies will be shipped to the preferred mailing address indicated in your profile. Shipment will be by FedEx Express Saver within the United States or United States Postal Service International Priority Mail for international destinations.
