Call for Abstracts

Submit your original research or case study for oral presentation or for poster presentation at the College of Reproductive Biology’s (CRB’s) 23rd Annual Symposium, May 16-18, 2019, at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana. The CRB Symposium offers a unique opportunity to meet and discuss the newest technological research and developments with colleagues from the U.S. and abroad who are actively involved in ongoing science and technology.

Authors are encouraged to submit for consideration titles and abstracts relating to Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART). Topics may include:

  • Embryology
  • Andrology
  • IVF Laboratory Techniques
  • Egg and Embryo Banking
  • IVF Environmental Factors
  • Genetics
  • Ethics

All accepted abstracts are eligible for consideration for one of two $250 cash prizes. Cash prizes are sponsored by LifeAire Systems.

Only titles/abstracts regarding ART topics will be considered for oral presentation. All ART abstracts accepted for oral or poster presentation will be published in Reproductive BioMedicine Online.

The CRB Symposium is being held in conjunction with the Annual Meeting and Educational Conference of the American Association of Bioanalysts (AAB). Individuals whose work is in the traditional clinical laboratory setting are encouraged to submit abstracts for poster presentation covering topics relating to chemistry, environmental biology and public health, hematology, immunohematology/blood banking, immunology, microbiology and molecular diagnostics.

Financial assistance for meeting registration fees: AAB’s Financial Aid Program was established to assist young scientists/technologists to be active in the AAB/CRB. Recipients will receive a financial award that pays all or a portion of their registration fee associated with attending the 2019 AAB Conference/CRB Symposium. Applicants must complete the online application, attach a current CV, and, if applicable, attach an abstract.

March 15, 2019, is the deadline to submit abstracts.
