Marybeth Gerrity, Ph.D., MBA, HCLD/CC(ABB), is the President of Reproductive Biology Resources, Inc., which has provided management consulting services to provider networks, clinical practices / laboratories and tissue banks since 1983.
Dr. Gerrity holds an MBA from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and both a Ph.D. and MS in Reproductive Pharmacology from New York Medical College. She completed her postdoctoral training at the Population Council at Rockefeller University (biochemistry of sperm / egg interactions) and Washington University School of Medicine (neuroendocrinology and pregestational effects of alcohol in the male).
Dr. Gerrity is board certified by the American Board of Bioanalysis (ABB) as a High-complexity Clinical Laboratory Director (HCLD) and a Clinical Consultant (CC). Dr. Gerrity currently serves as the laboratory director at several successful IVF, Andrology and Fertility Preservation programs and has provided troubleshooting, inspection readiness and tissue banking oversight to many others.

Erin Will Morton is a partner at CRD Associates, where she represents clients before Congress and the Administration. She brings 20 years of experience in health policy advocacy and has represented the American Association of Bioanalysts for 15 years. Before joining CRD Associates, Ms. Morton was Director of External Affairs at TB Alliance in New York, where she managed advocacy and donor relations and developed multinational advocacy strategies. Prior to that, Ms. Morton spent eight years at the District Policy Group at Drinker Biddle, providing strategic guidance to global and domestic health care clients.
Stefanie Rinehart is a vice president at CRD Associates and has worked in federal advocacy for 12 years. She has worked on laboratory issues for the past seven years and has worked with the College of Reproductive Biology (CRB) for the past year. Ms. Rinehart and her colleagues are working to ensure that CRB members’ voices are included in the national discussion on IVF and issues that impact embryologists.
