We are excited to announce that the 2018 AAB Conference and CRB Symposium will be held May 17-19 at the Rosen Plaza Hotel, Orlando, Florida. The meeting committee is planning a stellar program, including a variety of interesting and informative educational programs and networking and social events.
The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is just over 13 miles from the Rosen Plaza Hotel (20 to 30-minute travel time, depending on traffic) and offers one of the largest flight selections in the country. With service to 100+ cities world-wide and an average of 745 scheduled flight operations per day, travelers should be able to find a convenient arrival/departure time.

Hotel Reservations: The AAB/CRB group room rate is $163 per night, single or double occupancy, plus applicable surcharge and tax (currently a 1% taxable Orange County surcharge and 12.5% sales tax). AAB is excited to announce the 2018 Financial Aid Program available through the generosity of AAB members. Recipients will receive a financial award that pays their registration fees associated with attending the AAB Conference/CRB Symposium (valued at up to $499).The objective of the Financial Aid Program is to assist young scientists/technologists to be active in the AAB/CRB.
Applicants must complete an online application, attach a current CV, and, if applicable, attach an abstract.
Applications must be submitted by March 5, 2018, in order to be eligible for the 2018 AAB Annual Meeting and Educational Conference. Awardees will be notified by April 2, 2018.

Submit an abstract for oral presentation or for the poster session at AAB’s Annual Meeting and Educational Conference/CRB Symposium, May 17-19, 2018, at the Rosen Plaza Hotel in Orlando, Florida.
Authors are encouraged to submit titles and abstracts for consideration in Assisted Reproductive Technology or Traditional Laboratory (chemistry, microbiology, hematology, immunology, molecular diagnostics, environmental, and public health).
All assisted reproductive technology abstracts accepted for oral or poster presentation will be published in Reproductive BioMedicine Online.
Membership in the AAB and the CRB is not a requirement for submitting an abstract. There is no limit to the number of abstracts you may author. However, the first author or person submitting an abstract(s) must register for the Conference/Symposium and present the abstract or be present during the poster session.
