and NILA members.

PMIS is offering a program that takes
into consideration the special needs of medical laboratories and

insurance carrier is a famous Best's "A" rated company located in
London.
AAB/NILA Program Features:
- Special discounts to AAB and NILA members:
- A 5% discount if a lab owner
or director is an AAB member
- An additional 5% discount
for NILA membership (this discount could pay for your NILA
membership)
- Another 5% for labs whose
directors are ABB certified
- Limits of Liability of up to $2
million per loss event/$4,000,000 aggregate. Limits up to
$10 million are available on large laboratories
- Defense costs are paid in
addition to the limit of liability or outside the limit at your
request
- Coverage is available for:
medical directors, independent contractors, employee benefit
liability, general liability (premises, operations) and premium
financing
