AAB Proficiency Testing

  • A CLIA-approved comprehensive external quality control program with economical fees compared to other major proficiency testing providers.  Updated continuously, AAB’s proficiency testing programs meet the needs of evolving techniques and concepts in the modern laboratory.  The AAB PT is approved under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA ‘88) and by the College of American Pathologists (CAP), Commission on Office Laboratory Accreditation (COLA), Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), Medicare and most state agencies.
