We need your help TODAY! AAB/NILA has been working with a number of U.S. Senators and Representatives to obtain a delay beyond April 1, 2011, in enforcement of CMS’s rule requiring physician signatures on Part B laboratory requisitions.

We have succeeded in getting several members of the House and Senate to draft a “Sign On” letter (click link on right) for other U.S. Senators and Representatives to sign.
Now we need you to encourage your U.S. Senators and Representatives to sign the letter!
We must get as many U.S. Senators and Representatives as possible to sign the letter by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, February 10th, so there is very little time and you must act NOW!
We apologize for the short notice, but we were just made aware that CMS is making decisions on this issue this week and we need the Congressional “Sign On” letter BEFORE CMS announces its decisions.
